December 2018

12/03/2018 Municipal Caucus Date on which the Municipal Caucus shall be held (in municipalities under 5,000 population) which have established political parties.
12/10/2018 Consolidated Election Candidate Filing First day for new political party, nonpartisan, and independent candidates to file nomination papers.
12/10/2018 Caucus Certificate of Nomination First day established political party caucus certificates of nomination may be filed in the office of the local election official.
12/31/2018 Referenda Last day to file petition for public question (certain exceptions apply).

January 2019

01/02/2019 Vote by Mail Application First day any registered voter within the confines of the U.S. to make application by mail or in person to the election authority for an official ballot. (90 days prior to Consolidated Election).

February 2019

02/21/2019 Vote by Mail
First day for mailing or delivery of vote by mail ballot.
02/21/2019 Early Voting First day for early voting at the office of the election authority or at a location designated by the election authority for this purpose. (Begins 40th day preceding election and extends through the day prior to an election)

March 2019

03/05/2019 Close of Registration Last day for registration or transfer of registration within the offices of the election authority.
03/06/2019 Grace Period Registration and Voting First day for grace period registration and grace period voting in the office of the election authority or at a location designated for this purpose by the election authority.
03/18/2019 Early Voting-Permanent Polling Places First day of early voting for counties that have early voting at permanent polling places other than the office of the election authority.
03/28/2019 Vote By Mail Last day for the election authority to receive application for vote by mail ballot from any registered voter.

April 2019

04/01/2019 Early Voting Last day for early voting at the office of the election authority or at a location designated by the election authority for this purpose.
04/01/2019 Vote By Mail Last day for any registered voter to make application in person for a vote by mail ballot
04/02/2019 Grace period Registration and Voting Last day for grace period registration and grace period voting in the office of the election authority or at a location designated for this purpose by the election authority.
