The following are the duties of the Circuit Clerk:
- Accept and process NEW passport applications, including taking your passport photo. We do NOT handle passport renewals. Passport fees can ONLY be paid with a check or money order, no cash or credit cards accepted. Applications are accepted from 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m., no appointment requred.
- Collect fines, costs, and fees associated with judicial cases or violations.
- Keeper of the Seal of the Circuit Court and Court records, including files and exhibits.
- Process and record all Court Cases to include Civil, Conservation, Criminal, Juvenile Deliquency, Ordinance Violations, and Traffic Violations.
- Summon citizens to serve on jury duty.

Fines are due the 2nd Friday of each month by 9:00a.m.
